Instructions：
1. Clean the dust and grease of cable joint.
2. Remove the stripping paper and attach the tape to the joint.
3. The starting and ending points of tape winding exceed 30-50mm at both ends of the joint.
4. In order to achieve better waterproof effect, when using cement, we should use Wanshida PVC tape.
